Covered in the session are proper form, use of props, specific asanas for certain issues, safe in and out of posture. Guided Somatic Meditation and positive affirmation accompany this restful yoga experience. Yoga is for everybody. Schedule an intake and first appointment to get started or attend a class or workshop.
