With over 28 years of professional experience, I provide a warm comforting environment for letting go of physical, emotional and mental stress and hold space for the discovery of oneself as a spirit in this life experience. I bring comprehensive training in Massage Therapies, Somatic Emotional Clearing, Polarity Therapy, Hakomi Method, Rebirthing Breathwork, Spiritual Counseling, Bio-Dynamic Cranial Sacral, Meditation, Clairvoyant training and Restorative & Ananda Yoga to my healing practice.
With a holistic approach, I apply practical skills, empathy, and deep listening.
