My Approach
Meeting with you as a whole person...sessions are informed by 28 years and many hours of ongoing professional training. I hope for people to understand themselves at the deepest level, to feel safe and comfortable in their bodies and to develop awareness their subtle energetic self.
By following the flow of the clients needs, we co-create the sessions together, incorporating bodywork, your somatic experience, intuitive counseling and tools for emotional regulation.
